From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much thought and care has gone into creating such a calming space. In the evenings it's softly lit by candles, making it incredibly peaceful.
Amazing facility with everything you need. Anthony provided great service helping me tailor my recovery. The compression boots are a must and I highly recommend the oxygen therapy!

Most people who walk in haven't. The team will show you around and walk you through your first round.
What should I bring?
Just your swimwear. Showers and lockers are on site, so you can head straight to work or home afterwards.
How does a contrast session work?
Warm up in the Finnish sauna or steam hut, step into the cold plunge for as long as feels right, then rest or soak in the magnesium spa. Repeat a few rounds within your hour. There's no wrong way to do it, and the team is always happy to guide you.

Yes, and Tuesday is the day to do it. Two-Up Tuesday gets two people into the Elements for $50.
Is hyperbaric or cold therapy right for me?
Most people can enjoy every modality. If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, blood pressure concerns or another medical condition, check with your GP first and let the team know before your session.
